Social media

Social media has become an almost ubiquitous part of our lives, helping us to connect with others and the world around us.

For some people living with complex mental health issues, social media has provided an unprecedented opportunity to engage with peers, to share their experiences and to advocate for themselves and their peers.

For others, social media can be a place which perpetuates the isolation, stigma and discrimination that they face in other aspects of their lives.
